Also known as Shrine of Our Lady of Correa Immaculate Conception Parish, San Agustin Church is the oldest church in the built between 1587 and 1606.  According to history, it is the only building left intact after the destruction of Intramuros during the Battle of Manila.  The present structure is actually the third to stand on the site and has survived seven major earthquakes, as well as the wars in Manila .  The church remains under the care of the Augustinians who founded it.

Father Blanco’s Garden was suggested our cord sponsor Mylin when we were thinking of a venue for the reception.  Initially, we wanted Coconut  They imagined the place to be magical once the lights were lit.  One December early evening, we had a little peek at a wedding, and we were so impressed at how the venue was transformed into an enchanting garden.  And oh, we loved the fountain & wells…we just hope it doesn’t rain on our wedding day!

This is the supplier that we got ONLY by default.  Since we’re having the reception at FBG, there’s only one way to do it – and that’s the Skyline Catering way (also known as Makati Skyline).  Anyhow, we of course booked for their services and have chosen only the bestsellers in their menu, particularly the Grilled Blue Marlin.  When we paid them a little visit in one of their events last year, Ryan & I almost grabbed ourselves a plate because the smell was so good we were tempted to gate crash.  And when we had our food tasting last month, the dishes they served were divine!   We’re pretty sure our guests would go for second servings.  And just for the record, we have no regrets of getting them because we’ve heard (and read) good reviews about their food and service…we entrust our guests’ appetite to them.

Eveinc was a real treasured find.  As we were cluelessly trying to find a good venue for the reception, we met the very nice Li Regio in the office of Skyline in FBG.  We were initially checking out the packages that Skyline is offering when we read that they also offer wedding coordination.  We curiously asked about their wedding coordinators, and luckily, their in-house coordinator was there.  So lucky for us because we didn't have a clue on how to find the right one...we landed on a good & very accommodating OTD coordinator by fate.  We're so happy in booking their services, not only because of the unlimited consultation & queries, but also because they know their ways with FBG.  We know we'll be in good hands come wedding day.

Unifair was recommended by our wedding coordinator, Li & was told that they do offer reasonably priced invites.  We did plan on getting formal invites so Unifair was the place to be.  We went there to have a look, chanced upon a promo of the new design that they have, and then that's it - we chose our invites in a matter of less than 10 minutes!  The hologram effect of the monogram was so beautiful, hubby & I couldn't stop smiling about it.  And in less than two weeks, we got our invites ready.  Just added a little DIY ribbon to tie the cards altogether to give it a personal touch.

These Swarovski Crystals are from MOH Beth who ordered them from the supplier of Swarovski crystals in Dubai .  These crystals are her gift to the bride, which will be used to accent her wedding gown & her bouquet.   Hmmm...can't wait!!
